Privacy Policy

FC Backoffice ("the app") is a tool for staff of football clubs. It is provided by Kfir Arad ("we"). This policy explains what the app handles and where it goes.

Who holds your data

The app has no central server of its own. When you connect to a club, the app talks only to that club's server. The club operates that server and decides who may access it; for the data the club's server stores, the club is responsible. Each club's own privacy terms also apply.

What the app handles

Account email. You sign in with Google through your club's server. The club's server receives your email address to check whether you are one of its administrators. It is used for authentication only.
Push notification token. If you allow notifications, the app registers a device push token with the club's server, together with your device platform and your alert preferences, so the club can send you staff alerts. Notifications are delivered through Expo's push service and Apple/Google push networks.
Sign-in token. Kept in your device's secure storage (Keychain / Keystore), separately for each club.
Cached club data. Recent screens are cached on your device so the app works with a weak connection.
Camera. Used only to scan a club's QR code. Images are not stored or sent anywhere.
Clipboard. On first launch the app may read the clipboard once, with your permission, to pick up an invite link you copied. Nothing else from the clipboard is used or sent.

What the app does not do

No advertising, no third-party analytics, no tracking across apps or websites.
No sale or sharing of personal data.

Retention

Your push token is removed from the club's server when you sign out. Staff notifications are kept by the club's server for 30 days. Records of administrative actions you take are kept by the club as an audit log. Uninstalling the app deletes everything stored on your device.

Your choices

You can turn alert types off in the app, revoke notification permission in your phone's settings, sign out at any time, or ask your club to remove your administrator access. Children

The app is a workplace tool and is not directed at children.
