These terms apply to the FC Backoffice mobile app ("the app"), provided by Kfir Arad ("we"). By using the app you agree to them.
Who may use it
The app is for staff of clubs that use it. You may only connect to a club whose administrators have given you access, and only use that access for the club's work. Access is granted and removed by each club.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your phone and sign-in account secure. Actions taken in the app are made under your account and recorded by the club.
- Use the app lawfully and in line with your club's policies — in particular when publishing content or sending notifications to fans.
- Do not try to access clubs, data or features you have not been given access to, or interfere with the app or the servers it connects to.
Club servers and content
The app connects to servers operated by each club. The clubs are responsible for their servers, their content and the data they hold. We are not responsible for content published or notifications sent by club staff.
Availability
The app is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
Changes and ending
We may update the app and these terms; changes are posted on this page. You can stop using the app at any time by signing out and uninstalling it.

If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
